Shipping Policies and Terms
- Amiri Skincare provides shipping across U.S.
- Shipping charges are determined based on the item(s) purchased and the destination address provided.
- We partner with United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
- Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays. Please note that weather conditions and peak seasons—particularly from Thanksgiving through Christmas—may cause delays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.
- Requests for cancellation or changes to an order must be submitted prior to order processing and shipment. Once the order is in transit, modifications cannot be made.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any errors may result in delays or misdelivery. Amiri Skincare is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address issues or is not claimed at the postal facility, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- In cases where a carrier marks a package as delivered but it is not received, or if a package is lost in transit, please contact us via email at [email protected] to report the issue. We will initiate a formal claim with the carrier, which typically takes 3 to 12 business days. If the package cannot be recovered, a replacement will be sent. Please note: refunds are not issued in such cases.
- If a product arrives damaged (e.g., broken or spilled), customers must contact [email protected], providing the order number, details of the affected product, and photographic evidence of the damage. Based on the nature of the issue, we will either issue a replacement or offer a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. If the product does not meet the required standards, the return or exchange will be denied.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
